Facial Redness

Facial redness is characterized by persistent coloring and sometimes itchy-prone skin across the face. This redness can appear as blotchy or uneven patches, often localizing in specific facial areas. Increased blood flow causes blood vessels to enlarge, leading to a flushed complexion and a sensation of heat.

Cherry Angiomas

Cherry angiomas are small, pinhead-like lesions that commonly appear on the torso, arms, and legs. These lesions are:

- Round
- 2 to 4 millimeters (mm) in size
- Light to dark red in color

The term "cherry" refers to their color and appearance, as these angiomas often form in clusters. Recognizing the characteristics of cherry angiomas can help in identifying and understanding these common skin lesions.
