NBSkin membership information
Our memberships are designed to help you achieve your skin goals, make self-care a priority, and provide financial flexibility for the treatments you love.
- To set up a membership, call the clinic or visit us in person during a Consultation appointment.
- Once registered, you will receive a membership request form from Aglow to complete your sign-up.
- You will book your treatment every 4 weeks.
- Choose from weekly, fortnightly, or 4-weekly payment options.
- You must wait 4 weeks before your first treatment.
- If you can’t attend exactly every 4 weeks, you may extend or reduce the interval by 1 week, as long as your membership is paid in advance.
- Over a 24-week period, you cannot exceed 6 treatments (except your free Birthday Facial).
- Over a 52-week period, you cannot exceed 13 treatments.
- If you take a holiday or if the clinic is closed, extra time will be added to your membership to accommodate missed treatments.
NBSkin Membership Terms & Conditions
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- However, you may share a bespoke plan with another individual.
- We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy.
- If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your appointment will be forfeited.
- This policy applies to no-shows, last-minute work commitments, illness, or other unexpected situations.
- If you are unable to book within the specified timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate you.
- If no availability remains, the treatment may be added to the end of your membership term or used as credit towards a higher-priced treatment.
- If the clinic is closed during your membership period, we will extend the membership term accordingly.
- Memberships are limited.
- Once memberships are full, you will need to wait for an available spot.
- There is a $50 membership fee.
- However, the first 10 clients to sign up will have this fee waived.
- Memberships have a minimum term of 6 or 12 months and cannot be canceled during this period.
- Shorter-term memberships may be discussed during your consultation.
- If your membership is on auto-renewal, you must submit a written cancellation request at least 7 days before the renewal date (when the clinic is open).
- If a payment fails, you will be contacted by Aglow (our membership provider).
- A $9 fee will be applied for failed transactions.
- If your account is not up to date at the time of your appointment, you will need to pay for the treatment out of pocket.
- You may pause your membership if you are going away for 4 weeks or more.
- Freezing is at the discretion of the clinic and must be arranged beforehand (it cannot be applied retrospectively).
- Payments will continue to be debited during this period.
- Upgrading your membership is allowed, please discuss this with the clinic.
- Downgrading a membership is not permitted during its term.
- Discounts apply only to full-priced services (not promotions or already discounted treatments).
- Example: If you upgrade from a $300 to a $400 membership, your 10% discount applies only to the additional $100.
- If you book an extra treatment outside of your monthly plan, you will receive 10% off the full price.
