Timeliness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. As we do not have a waiting room, arriving too early may cause inconvenience. You will need to vacate the premises promptly after your treatment.

Courses

Courses are valid for only 12 months and are not transferable.

Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 72 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the full fee of your appointment being due. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 5 PM on the preceding Friday.

Children

We do not recommend bringing children to your appointment.
