Appointment Policy


Timeliness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. As we do not have a waiting room, arriving too early may cause inconvenience. You will need to vacate the premises promptly after your treatment.

Health and Safety
If you are exhibiting any signs of COVID-19 or feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. In such cases, we will gladly reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. If you appear unwell upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.


Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If a deposit has been paid, it will be forfeited. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 5 PM on the preceding Friday.


Children

We do not recommend bringing children to your appointment.
