Nuala’s story

Hi! I'm Nuala Briggs, Medical Aesthetician and Clinical Director of NBSkin. With over 40 years of experience in treating skin, I've performed countless advanced skin and body treatments.

I originally trained at the London College of Fashion, where I qualified with a Distinction in City & Guilds Beauty Therapy. I also studied Laser and Light Therapies at Loughborough University and have continued to train extensively ever since.

I pioneered many treatments in London. I was the first to offer IPL for hair removal, which evolved into treating rosacea and achieving skin rejuvenation. I was fortunate to study under world-leading experts like Dr Patrick Bitter Jr in the USA and Dr James Shaul in Israel, travelling extensively to seek out the best education in aesthetic medicine.

My passion for knowledge extends to training others. I've taught dermatologists, doctors, nurses and therapists in advanced procedures. The BBC asked me to share my expertise in their documentary on skin health, and I've been featured in magazines including Vogue, Harper's and Hello.

I'm devoted to providing the highest standard of professional care. I follow the strictest safety procedures while ensuring you feel relaxed, safe, and genuinely cared for. I continually update my training to ensure you have access to the latest proven treatments.
