How the NBSkin Membership Works
Getting Started
If you're already a client and Nuala knows your skin, you can start your membership right away. If it's your first visit, a consultation is required to establish your skin baseline and ensure the right membership tier and treatment plan is selected for your needs.
To get started, call the clinic or visit in person. Once registered, you will receive a membership request form from Aglow — NBSkin's membership provider — to complete your sign-up.
Booking and Payments
Treatments are booked every four weeks, with payment options of weekly, fortnightly, or four-weekly — whichever works best for your budget. Your first treatment begins four weeks after your membership is set up.
If life gets in the way and you can't attend exactly on the four-week mark, you have a one-week window either side — as long as your membership payments are up to date. Memberships are limited in availability, so securing your spot early is recommended.
Scheduling Flexibility
NBSkin understands that life doesn't always run to schedule. If you're heading away for four weeks or more, you can apply to pause your membership — this must be arranged in advance and is at the clinic's discretion. If the clinic is closed during your membership period, additional time will be added to your term to accommodate.
Over a 24-week period, the maximum number of treatments is six (plus your free birthday facial). Over a 52-week period, the maximum is 13 treatments.
The 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
NBSkin operates a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, 48 hours' notice is required — appointments cancelled inside this window, or no-shows, will be forfeited. This policy exists to protect the value of your membership and ensure appointment availability for all members.
Joining Fee
There is a $50 joining fee for new members. However, the first 10 clients to sign up will have this fee waived entirely — so acting early has a tangible benefit.
